Birdie before triple bogey -160 for limit
Annika Under 76.5 for limit

Annika will expose the Pga tour for the joke that it is, actually Tiger has already exposed the tour, now Annika will do it.

The US Mens soccer team never wins jack squat, because we dont get the best athletes in America playing soccer, the girls national team dominates the world in soccer becasue are best athletes play soccer. Golf has a bunch of marginal athletes, and I look for Annika to expose them.

Who are the best athletes?

they are Cyclists, 3rd down wrs, 5000 meter participants, clay court tennis players, wishbone qbs, drop and drive baseball pitchers, Rugby players, and big wave surfers.

Add fighters(boxers) in there.

Most of them arent good athletes, there are exceptions like Delahoya and Roy Jones but most of them are slobs or one dimensional block heads. Tyson got exposed by a football player Buster Douglass.

Annika is gonna need a 72rd. avg. in the 1st 2 rds. to make the cut. Best bet is under 76.5 or un. 76. for the 1st rd. Which should be her best Rd.

Rail,

ROFLMFAO again.... you are a hoot! Cyclists? Is cardio all you consider when you rate athlete's? If that's the case throw in marathon runners. Just drop and drive pitchers? Let me guess, that's the style you're teaching that kid of yours. You are specific, I'll say that for you. Also clueless, but that goes without saying.

BTW... Just what is the "limit"? $500, $1,000, what?

As far as that rain thing goes at Colonial, the greens will dry out faster than the fairways will. So it could actually end up hurting her more than helping her. No roll means she's hitting even longer clubs into the greens and wet rough is a lot harder to hit out of than dry rough.

Rail,

Just curious, how many of those "great athlete" sports do you participate in?

Spive,

Good arguement. Only thing missing is eye hand coordination but that's an American pt of view as far as athletics go.

Not a huge soccer/"futbol" fan but to say "The U.S. Men's National Soccer team never wins jack squat"...well I think there was this little competition...you may have heard of it called the World Cup...not too many people around the world watch it I know, but the U.S. Men's team actually qualified for it and then of all things they beat Portugal,Tied S.Korea, beat Mexico and narrowly lost to the Germans who went on to the finals against Brazil. As far an Annika...won't have the distance or short game/putting to hang. Pin placement tougher on Men's tour and obvious tee to green length difference.

Well i have bet the max on over 75.5 for hte first round. Now way she even breaks 80 in my book!

Oh yes, I play and watch golf each week. I am not one of these guys who only watches 2 weeks out of the year. ALMOST all experts expect her to not even finish in the top 100. It takes hte top 72 to make the cut. I predict that she finishes about in 130th place out of 148 players I think, but she may finish in the bottom 5 easily

BTW...his "outside sales" means ticket scalper.

Apparently a fairly high $$ one in So. Cal.

Sorry Bird, I had to bust your bubble-I'm getting really tired of seeing deception of any kind on the boards.

Well Railbird, the only bet that you will win above is that birdie/triple bogey bet.

She will make maybe 3 or 4 double bogeys, but I dont look for ANY triple bogeys!

That is money in the bank and I am SHOCKED that the line isnt like -300 for Birdie. Where did you see this line?

The PGA tour a joke? I guess anyone here can go out and qualify for a tournament.
icon_rolleyes.gif
They play the Greater Hartford Open in my area of the country. The guys who try and "qualify" for the few open spots go and shoot 64/65 on some very tough local courses. That's just to "qualify" for a handful of spots to get in the freakin tournament. Railbird..you have no clue. As for Annika, I say she doesn't make the cut by a pretty wide margin. They won't have the pins in the center of the green like the women's tour. The guys will be coming in with short irons, where she will be trying to come in with woods and long irons to tough pins. Unless she putts like a demon, she has no chance.
